Therapeutic Massage

Full body therapeutic massage. Whether you're looking for relaxation or specific tension relief or both, we will communicate before the start of the session in order to tailor the session to your individual needs. Choose from a 60, 75, or 90-minute session.

Hot Stone Massage

A full body therapeutic massage incorporating warm, smooth beach stones to help melt away tension. Hot stones can be added to any session.

Cupping

Cupping therapy integrated into your massage session. Silicone cups will be dragged across the skin and left stationary on specific areas. This modality is helpful for areas of chronic tension and/or blockages, improves blood and lymph circulation, and much more. *Please note that cupping leaves marks that can last up to a week.

C B D massage

Therapeutic massage using locally made (Healing Rose Co, Newburyport MA) C B D oil and salve.
